Orochimaru takes two strides and now stands in Itachi’s path to the door, blocking him with his body.
“Shisui-kun, I don’t like being ignored when I’m having a conversation. If there is something you want to tell me, then speak up.”
That was simply too bad.
Itachi’s losing his patience.
So he will instead physically move Orochimaru instead. He won’t give Orochimaru the satisfaction of any real anger, as much as he’d like to strangle the man now. He simply collects him at the biceps, and sets him aside.
“I’m leaving.” Misinterpret that however he likes– he intends to go to his room.
